I first heard about this Kundalini meditation in one of Gabby Bernstein's recordings. We use a Kirtan Kriya which is a singing meditation with movement (Kirtan means “song” in Sanskrit and a kriya is a specific set of movements in Kundalini Yoga). This meditation is good to help you regulate your mood and is also very powerful for pregnant women and women trying to conceive.

On January 1st, I attended a Kundalini Yoga class for the first time. I had been wanting to try it for a while and it really hit a spot! During class, we did an 11-minute chant called "Ardas Bhaee." According to alchemyyoga.org, "it is a mantra for miracles and grants the deepest prayer within your heart, even the prayers unknown to you. This mantra means the energy of grace and miracles is granted, and you can lovingly let go of your prayer knowing it was heard and that the healing and blessings of your heart's purest desire are granted."
One of the most important ways to consciously conceive is to connect our hearts to our wombs. Creating a trusting relationship with your uterus can be very transformative. This is especially important if you have been having difficulty with your fertility.
