In today's episode, I will talk about how to bounce back from trauma or tough time and how reset your life. I got into a car accident last week and got a concussion. That along with my miscarriage earlier this year and an unexpected move across the country are all helping me put things into perspective and I decided to share how I plan to bounce back from it all with you.
1. Rely on a support system.
2. Stay positive.
3. Avoid making excuses.
4. Practice self-care (journal, gratitude, bubble baths & go out in nature).
5. See it as an opportunity to make changes (clean your space, admin day, set intentions).
